  1. To begin with, place the cauliflower florets in a microwave safe bowl along with cheese and cream and stir them well.
  2. After that, cook it in the microwave for about 4 to 5 minutes or until they are cooked.
  3. Next, transfer the cooked cauliflower and cheese mixture into a blender and pulse them until it has a chunky consistency. Season it with salt and pepper and stir.
  4. Place them in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  5. Now, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  6. Then, spoon in 1/3 rd portion of the egg white into the cauliflower mixture and fold it into the mixture well.
  7. To this, now add the remaining egg white and gently mix them until all are well combined. If possible, chill them again for another half an hour.
  8. Take a pastry bag with round tube and ¾ inch opening and spray it with cooking spray.
  9. Now, fill this bag with the cauliflower mixture and then squeeze out gently 1 inch sections into the cookie sheet greased with butter.
  10. Finally, bake them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 204 degrees Celsius for 9 to 12 minutes or until they are puffed and lightly browned.
  11. Serve it hot. Note: It is also possible to fry these cauliflowers tots in ¼ inch of oil in a frying pan for a minute or so as to make them more crispy and browned in colour.
