Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado large, deseeded & peeled
- 1/2 white Onion ,small & finely diced
- 1/4 cup Ghee ,softened at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice ,fresh
- 1 Chili Pepper ,small & chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 4 slices bacon ,large
- 2 cloves garlic ,crushed
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper ,to taste

Instructions
- To start with, begin by preheating the oven to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
- Next, arrange the bacon pieces flat on a baking sheet and then cook them for about 15 minutes or until they become golden brown. Allow it to cool for few minutes.
- Now, place the avocado, garlic, butter, lime juice and chili along with salt and pepper in a large sized bowl.
- Then, with the help of a potato masher, mash all the ingredients until they are well combined.
- To this, stir in the onion and also the bacon fat from the baking sheet which was used to cook the bacon slices.
- Stir them well and then place it in the refrigerator while keeping it covered with a foil.
- After that, crumble the bacon into smaller pieces.
- Finally, makes balls out of the avocado mixture and then roll them in the bacon crumbles.
- Serve it immediately.
