To make the Cheese wiz:
  1. To start with, we will make the cheese wiz first. For that, take a saucepan and then heat it over high heat.
  2. To this, stir in the butter and melt it until the butter becomes frothy and brown freckles starts appearing.
  3. After that, transfer the butter into a medium sized bowl and to this, spoon in the gelatin.
  4. Allow the gelatin to soften for a few minutes and then stir it well.
  5. Next, pour the beef broth into the bowl and mix them well until they are well combined.
  6. Then, toss the shredded cheese into it and mix them properly into it.
  7. Finally, transfer this mixture into the blender and blend until it becomes smooth like a puree.
To make the crackers:
  1. Now, to make the crackers, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. After that, sift all the dry ingredients in a bowl and to this, spoon in water one tablespoon at a time. Stir it well so that it becomes a dough with a round shape.
  3. Next, apply butter over the two parchment papers and then place about 8 tablespoon of the dough into the first parchment paper.
  4. Then, keep the second parchment paper onto the top of the dough. Roll the dough by using a rolling pin until it becomes 1/16 in thick square.
  5. Remove the top parchment paper and place the rolled out dough into the cooking sheet. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough also.
  6. Once they are rolled out, score them into 2 × 2 inch squares by using a pizza cutter.
  7. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake them for 5 to 6 minutes. Score them again with the pizza cutter.
  8. Finally, bake them again for another 12 to 15 minutes or until the colour becomes dark brown in colour. Allow it to cool.
