Fudgy Macadamia Chocolate Bombs

- 2 ounce Cocoa Butter
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder ,unsweetened
- 4 ounce Macadamias ,chopped
- 2 tablespoon Erythritol ,or sweetener of your choice

Instructions
- To begin with, heat a large sized saucepan half filled with water and boil it.
- Once it starts boiling, take a small pan and melt the cocoa butter in it.
- Next, spoon the cocoa powder into it first and then the sweetener.
- Now, give all the ingredients a good stir until everything is well combined and melted.
- After that, toss the chopped macadamias into it.
- Finally, pour the heavy cream and mix them properly until all are well incorporated.
- Spoon this mixture to the mould and then place them in the refrigerator until they are set.
Recipe Notes
It can even be kept at room temperature but with softer consistency than the chocolates.
