Homemade Maple Syrup
Here comes a simple recipe for making maple syrup at home without any unhealthy ingredients in it. You can whip it up in no time and it is quite inexpensive to make at home. Furthermore, the flavour of this syrup is just the same or more than that of the store bought ones !

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup NOW Foods Erythritol ,powdered
- 2 teaspoon Maple Extract
- 1 tablespoon butter ,unsalted
- 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan gum
- 2 1/4 teaspoon Coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- To start with, take a microwave safe bowl and to this, stir in xanthan gum, butter and Coconut oil and combine them well.
- Then, microwave them for 40 to 50 seconds or until it is melted and hot.
- After that, place the Erythritol in a grinder and grind them until they are finely powdered. If you want, you can spoon in the cinnamon along with it.
- Now, mix the powdered Erythritol, water and the microwaved oil until they are well incorporated.
- Next, spoon in the vanilla extract, maple extract and stevia until you get the taste you want.
- If it is thick, you can add a bit more of butter.
- Finally, microwave it again for another 40 to 60 seconds. Stir them again and then allow it to cool.
- Now it is ready to be used.
