Instructions
  1. To start with, begin by preheating the oven to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
  2. Next, arrange the bacon pieces flat on a baking sheet and then cook them for about 15 minutes or until they become golden brown. Allow it to cool for few minutes.
  3. Now, place the avocado, garlic, butter, lime juice and chili along with salt and pepper in a large sized bowl.
  4. Then, with the help of a potato masher, mash all the ingredients until they are well combined.
  5. To this, stir in the onion and also the bacon fat from the baking sheet which was used to cook the bacon slices.
  6. Stir them well and then place it in the refrigerator while keeping it covered with a foil.
  7. After that, crumble the bacon into smaller pieces.
  8. Finally, makes balls out of the avocado mixture and then roll them in the bacon crumbles.
  9. Serve it immediately.
