- ¼ cup Whey Protein or hydrolysed gelatine or chia seeds

Instructions
- Start by combining all the ingredients that are needed to make the smoothie in a blender and blend until it becomes smooth and frothy.

Recipe Notes
If you don’t prefer raw eggs, it is possible to substitute it with coconut butter or chia seeds.
