Instructions
  1. Begin by placing all the ingredients in the blender and then blend them until it becomes a smooth batter.
  2. Allow it to stand in the blender for another two to three minutes so that all the bubbles subside.
  3. After that, heat a skillet over medium heat and then grease it with butter. (You can also use coconut oil, of course)
  4. Once the skillet is hot, spoon ¼ of the batter into it and cook for about 2 to 3 min or until it becomes golden brown in colour and then turn it once.
  5. Cook further for another 1 min and then transfer it to the serving plate.
  6. Continue the process until all the batter is being used.
  7. Serve it warm with sugar free syrups, for instance Homemade Maple Syrup.
Recipe Notes

Tip: You can even add 1 tablespoon of coconut flour into this recipe. Instead of serving it with sugar free syrup, you can sprinkle Splenda brown sugar on top or you can have it with cheese or butter.
