Instructions
- To start with, place the sausage on a saucepan over medium high heat and cook it until the sausage is browned in colour and well cooked. Transfer the cooked sausage to a foil and set it aside.
- After that, take the pork rinds and pulse them in the food processor until they are finely grinded to a powder form.
- Now, combine all the ingredients that are needed to make the pork bun in a large sized bowl and mix them well until they are well incorporated.
- Once the batter is made, make two rolls out of this batter and then spread each of the two into a bun shape using hands or by using moulds.
- Next, cook these buns in a saucepan over medium high heat until they are set and browned on both the sides.
- Then, place a mould on the saucepan and then spoon the beaten egg into it and cook until it is cooked and done. Note: the mould is being used, so as to get the bun shape for the egg.
- Finally, assemble the pork bun by placing the first bun on the bottom, then the cheese slice, egg, sausage and lastly the second bun.
- Serve it hot and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Make sure to keep the cheese slice on the hot bun so that is becomes melty and perfectly gooey.
