- 1 pound Cod ,washed & cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup Coconut ,shredded
- 2 to 4 tablespoon Coconut oil
- 2 egg ,preferably free range & beaten
- To taste Sea Salt and Pepper
- To taste Garlic Powder

Instructions
- To start with, place shredded coconut, eggs and the seasoning in three separate bowls.
- After that, dip the fillets first in the eggs and then in the shredded coconut.
- Next, heat one to two tablespoon of the Coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Once it becomes hot, toss the fish fillets into it and fry them for a few minutes or until they are well browned.
- Repeat the procedure until all the fillets have been fried.
- Serve the fish fillets with your choice of dipping sauce or mayonnaise.

While making the fish fillets, make sure not to crowd the fillets while frying.
