Creamy Shrimp and Bacon Skillet
This is a super easy make-ahead dinner meal that is luscious and which will tantalize you with its flavours as it contains a potpourri mix of salty bacon, buttery shrimp, smoked salmon and earthy mushrooms all which are too tasty even on their own. On top, the various layers of flavours make this delightful dish robust and bold in its taste and which therefore makes it an ethereal treat.

Ingredients
- 4 inch Uncured Bacon Slices , sliced into 1pieces
- 4 ounce Shrimp ,raw & shelled
- 1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 cup Mushrooms ,thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 ounce smoked Salmon ,sliced into strips
- Black Pepper freshly grounded, to taste

Instructions
- Begin by heating a cast iron skillet over medium heat and to this, spoon a bit of oil and then cook the bacon.
- Cook the bacon until it is cooked but not crispy.
- Next, stir in the mushrooms and cook them for four to five minutes or until they are softened.
- Now, toss the smoked salmon and cook further for another two to four minutes.
- After that, add the shrimps and cook them on high heat for two to three minutes.
- Finally, spoon the cream along with the seasoning and then reduce the heat.
- Allow it to simmer for one minute or until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
- Serve it hot.
Recipe Notes
It pairs well with zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles.
