This is the place to find and store your favorite recipes for the ketogenic lifestyle.
We focus on Low Carb, High Fat Recipes, ideally “with a twist”. That means complementing Ketogenic principles with prebiotic approaches – so that all of you gets fed well.
You get the nutritional values with each recipe too. Careful – the Recommended Daily Dose is based on non-LCHF standards, so they will be off the scale (and that is what we want, Right?)
Create your Mealplans
This site supports that you create your own mealplans from the recipes on the site – and then print them off.
Also, select what standard measure you want to use – metric in grams, or rather US pints and ounces.
Lastly, adjust the number of servings before you print! The program calculates the amounts you need.
Add your Favorites
Feel free to become a member and add your own recipes!
After submitting, we will evaluate the recipe and after approval, it will be part of the site. Make sure you add the origin of the recipes you add. When it is your own, Awesome! Proudly put your name on it!
