Breakfast Cauliflower Waffles
Here comes a breakfast fare that is not at all common but which is full flavoured and is a delish to eat. Furthermore, they are perfect for those fall mornings which are cool since they are so warm in their flavour and taste.

  1. To begin with, chop the cauliflower into florets and then place the florets and the cheese in the food processor.
  2. Blend them together until they become a smooth batter.
  3. Now, transfer the contents to a large bowl and then add the eggs and the chives into it. Stir them well until properly mixed.
  4. After that, heat a Belgium waffle pan and once it becomes hot, spoon the batter into it.
  5. Cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes and then flip them over.
  6. Take the waffle out and repeat the procedure until the batter gets over.
  7. Serve it hot.
Recipe Notes

It can be served along with egg benedict. For that, you can use 2 eggs, 2 prosciutto slices and 2 tablespoon of sauce of your choice, preferably hollandaise sauce.
