  1. To begin with, combine the sausage and the shredded cheese in a medium sized bowl until they are properly mixed.
  2. Now, divide the sausage cheese mixture into 12 parts which are equal.
  3. Next, place the cheese cube into the centre of these portions and then make balls out of them which are more or less equal in size.
  4. Finally, fry them in the fryer at 375 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes or until it is cooked and crispy.
