Chicken in Herb Cream Sauce

- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 5 tablespoons butter ,divided
- 3 cloves garlic ,large
- 2 White onions ,small & sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Chicken Seasoning ,preferably Weber Canadian
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Herbes De Provence
- 1/2 cup White Wine ,dry
- 1 teaspoon Tarragon ,dried
- Salt ,to taste

Instructions
- To start with, heat a saucepan over medium heat and to this, stir in half the amount of butter along with onions, tarragon and garlic.
- Cook them for 3 to 4 minutes or until they are softened and translucent. Transfer them to a bowl and keep it aside.
- Then, to the same skillet, add the remaining butter and melt it over low heat.
- Now, pour the white wine into this skillet and then spoon the cream cheese, heavy cream and spices in the same order into it.
- Cook them by stirring them together for a few minutes or until they are well combined.
- Next, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
- After that, pour the chicken broth to a 9 × 13 inch glass baking dish which is greased with butter.
- Finally, arrange the chicken pieces above the broth in a single layer and then toss the onion mixture and the cream cheese mixture above it in an even proportion.
- Bake them for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until it is cooked.
- Serve them hot.
Recipe Notes
It pairs well with simple green salad or with roasted veggies. For example, you can sauté zucchini or your choice of vegetable with a bit of olive oil and seasonings and with that; you will have a complete meal.
