Instructions
  1. To start with, slice the cucumber into two halves and then discard the seeds by using a spoon or a melon baller. If desired, peel the cucumber.
  2. Next, take the first half of the cucumber and spread it with Boursin cheese throughout.
  3. After that, take the meat and fold it. Then, place it on the other half of the cucumber. Note: choose those deli meats that come with less carbs or those with 1gram carbs below.
  4. Enjoy.
Recipe Notes

You can even use beef round eye steak for this recipe. Marinate them with salt and pepper and then keep it covered for 1 to 3 hours at room temperature. Then, bake them for 20 minutes at 500 degree F or 260 degrees C and then at 300 degrees F or 150 degrees C for another half an hour. Once out, allow it to cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Wrap them in plastic wrap for overnight or for at least 2 to 3 hours. Slice them thinly and use them as deli meat.
