Instructions
- To start with, slice the cucumber into two halves and then discard the seeds by using a spoon or a melon baller. If desired, peel the cucumber.
- Next, take the first half of the cucumber and spread it with Boursin cheese throughout.
- After that, take the meat and fold it. Then, place it on the other half of the cucumber. Note: choose those deli meats that come with less carbs or those with 1gram carbs below.
- Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
You can even use beef round eye steak for this recipe. Marinate them with salt and pepper and then keep it covered for 1 to 3 hours at room temperature. Then, bake them for 20 minutes at 500 degree F or 260 degrees C and then at 300 degrees F or 150 degrees C for another half an hour. Once out, allow it to cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Wrap them in plastic wrap for overnight or for at least 2 to 3 hours. Slice them thinly and use them as deli meat.
