Instructions
  1. To start with, place shredded coconut, eggs and the seasoning in three separate bowls.
  2. After that, dip the fillets first in the eggs and then in the shredded coconut.
  3. Next, heat one to two tablespoon of the Coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  4. Once it becomes hot, toss the fish fillets into it and fry them for a few minutes or until they are well browned.
  5. Repeat the procedure until all the fillets have been fried.
  6. Serve the fish fillets with your choice of dipping sauce or mayonnaise.

While making the fish fillets, make sure not to crowd the fillets while frying.
