Instructions
- Begin by processing the cauliflower and almonds in a food processor and pulse them until they are coarsely chopped.
- Now, stir this mixture to a saucepan and then pour water to it, until the water covers the mixture.
- Cook this mixture for a few minutes or until the mixture is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed while stirring it frequently. You need to get the consistency of cooked oatmeal, so add more water if required.
- Next, spoon vanilla, xylitol, butter, cinnamon and maple flavouring and combine everything until it is well combined.
- Taste for seasoning and add more of it according to your liking.
- Transfer the cooked contents to the serving bowl and pour the cream to it.
- Enjoy it hot.
Recipe Notes
Tip: You can even add 1 tablespoon of coconut flour into this recipe. Instead of serving it with sugar free syrup, you can sprinkle Splenda brown sugar on top or you can have it with cheese or butter.
