Ingredients

Egg Whites

Parmesan cheese
,finely grated

olive oil
Instructions
Begin by whipping the egg whites in a medium sized bowl for about 5 minutes or until stiff peaks are formed.
Now, stir in the cheese into it and fold it lightly with the whipped whites.
After that, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once it becomes hot, spoon the cheese mixture into the oil in dollops.
Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes or until it becomes brown.
Finally, flip them over and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes more.
Serve it hot.
Recipe Notes
It is possible to serve them with sour cream or with marinara sauce.
