  1. Begin by placing all the ingredients needed to make the burger patties in a large sized bowl and then combine them well until they are well incorporated.
  2. Now, make four patties out of this meat dough which are about ΒΌ lb each in weight.
  3. After that, heat a skillet over medium high heat and then toss the meat patties into it and sear them for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until they are perfectly cooked.
  4. Next, place the patties on the arugula leaves.
  5. Finally, top them with the grilled cheese, pickled red onions, avocado and celery and serve it immediately.

If you want to make it a bit spicy, you can even add some red pepper flakes on top of the steak while adding the other toppings. To this, apply some oil and then griddle the halloumi for 30 seconds to one minute per side or until brown marks starts appearing.
