Ingredients

egg
,preferably free range or organic
1/4
cup
Cottage Cheese
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese

ounce
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
,shredded
Instructions
Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit or 175 degree Celsius.
After that, beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl and to this, stir in both the cheeses.
Combine everything until they are well incorporated.
Next, spoon this batter into the greased mini muffins tray by about ¾th.
Finally, bake them for 23 to 25 minutes at the 350 degrees F until they are cooked and golden brown in colour.
Allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.

If you prefer a bit of heat, you can chillies to it.
