Spiced Coconut Chips

Ingredients
- 2 cups flaked coconut ,desiccated
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon ,sliced lengthwise and seeds scraped
- 2 tablespoon Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil ,melted
- 1 tablespoon Erythritol or Swerve
- 1 Vanilla Bean
- Pinch of Salt

Instructions
- To start with, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degree Celsius.
- After that, mix together Coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla and Erythritol in a small bowl and combine them well.
- Now, spoon this dressing over the coconut flakes along with salt and toss them well.
- Next, spread the coconut flakes on the baking sheet and bake them for 4 to 7 minutes. Note: Check on them frequently since they get burnt fast. Similarly, if cooked for long, they may taste bitter.
- Once cooked, remove them from the oven and then allow it to cool. Note: It is essential that they are cooled completely, to get their crunchy texture.
Recipe Notes
Instead of cinnamon and vanilla, you can use ½ to 1 tsp chili powder and salt for a spicier version or seasoning like herb and garlic powder for an aromatic one.
