Instructions
  1. Begin by whipping the egg whites in a medium sized bowl for about 5 minutes or until stiff peaks are formed.
  2. Now, stir in the cheese into it and fold it lightly with the whipped whites.
  3. After that, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Once it becomes hot, spoon the cheese mixture into the oil in dollops.
  5. Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes or until it becomes brown.
  6. Finally, flip them over and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes more.
  7. Serve it hot.
Recipe Notes

It is possible to serve them with sour cream or with marinara sauce.
