Instructions
- Begin by whipping the egg whites in a medium sized bowl for about 5 minutes or until stiff peaks are formed.
- Now, stir in the cheese into it and fold it lightly with the whipped whites.
- After that, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once it becomes hot, spoon the cheese mixture into the oil in dollops.
- Fry them for 3 to 4 minutes or until it becomes brown.
- Finally, flip them over and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Serve it hot.
Recipe Notes
It is possible to serve them with sour cream or with marinara sauce.
