Ingredients
- To make the casserole:
- ½ pound Beef ,grounded
- 1 teaspoon Oregano ,dried
- 1 egg ,large & free range
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin ,grounded
- To taste Celtic Sea Salt and black Pepper
- To process:
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Jalapeno ,whole & stem discarded
- 1/2 Red Pepper ,whole & stem discarded
- 3 Green Onion Stalks
- 1/4 cup Cilantro ,fresh & packed

Instructions
- Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
- After that, place all the ingredients that are to be processed, in the food processor and then pulse them until they are finely diced.
- Now, toss together all the ingredients needed to make the casserole in a large sized bowl along with the diced ingredients and then combine them well by using your hands.
- Next, spoon this mixture into the greased casserole dish.
- Finally, bake them for half an hour and later broil them for another 4 to 5 minutes for a crispy top.
Recipe Notes
If required, you can deseed the peppers and jalapeño to make it less spicy.
