- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 ounce Sharp Cheddar Cheese ,shredded

Instructions
- Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit or 175 degree Celsius.
- After that, beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl and to this, stir in both the cheeses.
- Combine everything until they are well incorporated.
- Next, spoon this batter into the greased mini muffins tray by about ¾th.
- Finally, bake them for 23 to 25 minutes at the 350 degrees F until they are cooked and golden brown in colour.
- Allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Recipe Notes
If you prefer a bit of heat, you can chillies to it.
